Make FLINE (file and record #s) invisible in Met Data

FLINEs are most likely legacy annotations from Gary CLow's era, or at least, early MCM.

It is arguable whether there is much use for the public -- if anything, they may be useful
for provenance, but nothing else. for now, we are making those tables invisible to the user.

it would be good to update the metadata accordingly.

meanwhile, i just did a DELETE from MET_CORE_TOC WHERE TABLE_NAME like '%FLINE%'

and erased all those entries in the met core toc table.

since all queries construct tables based on the tables NAMED on the CORE_TOC, we cannot longer see those tables on the web, however, the tables still exist in the database.
